I came into this location as an "urgent" care patient because I couldn't get in to see my PCP and my problem didn't warrant the ER. The staff was very friendly and eager to get me seen. I didn't wait long at all for them to call me back. They took vitals, put me in a room and within a few minutes the Dr was in to see me. I was pleased with the care I was provided in office, even though I wasn't given a true "diagnosis" on what could be causing the issues I was experiencing, the staff was all super friendly which was a plus to me. The Dr told me he would call a prescription in to the pharmacy I had documented on my paperwork because they do not do handwritten prescriptions. Okay, no problem. It was early enough in the day that I could stop on my way home from work to pick it up. I called the pharmacy on my way home, medicine hadn't been called in yet. Okay. No big deal. I'm sure they got busy, and the Dr office was already closed so I will call them first thing in the morning to get it addressed if the pharmacy hasn't gotten it by then. Next day, call the pharmacy...no medicine has been called in. Call the Dr office. Dr isn't in yet, but as soon as he gets in they'll be sure he calls it in. 1pm, call the pharmacy...no medicine has been called in. Call the Dr office...what do you know? They close at 1pm for the day. When in office the day prior, the dr informed me that if you call after hours it rings directly to his cell phone. FALSE! They have an answering service, who had no idea what Dr I was talking about when given his name. I get told by the answering service they will have the on call Dr. give me a call. That never happened. Monday morning I call the pharmacy just to see if the prescription had reached them. Nope. Still nothing. Call the Dr. office and "they will be sure the Dr. takes care of it as soon as he arrives in office.". Thank God this medication isn't a matter of life or death for me...this is absolutely ridiculous. 4 days and still no medication.

Avoid this place at all cost. I seen this crack pot witch doctor on a workmans comp claim after a car accident. I had pain in my neck and lower back. The witch doctor never examined my neck instead he grabs my right knee with both hands and holds it for 10 seconds and says, "that looks good." Then grabs my left and does the same. Didn't know my knees were connected to my neck. After that I get prescribed a muscle relaxer but the witch doctor never sent in the prescription to pharmacy. I seen the witch doctor on a Thursday, it's now Tuesday and I still have no meds. I have called several times about this issue and was told, "he will get to it right away", but never does. Another issue is urine test. If you have to do a urine test you will be given a cup to pee in and use the bathroom in the waiting room. That mean when you come out you have to walk in front of god and everyone with a cup of urine and then walk across the room into the back area. I think this would fall under "sanitary conditions." I had to call and beg my insurance company for a new doctor and thankfully was given one. Don't walk but run away from this place. I will be filing a complaint against the facility and the doctor as soon as I get back from a REAL doctor.
