I can’t say enough about the quality of care provided, from the first phone call to walking out the door. Everyone involved was extremely professional, thorough, and so kind. The waiting room is clean, bright, and welcoming. I’m so thankful for Planned Parenthood, especially the Fayetteville team.

From the front desk who was friendly and mentioned by name, to the nurse who spoke nicely with me and really cared, ending with the doctor who went out her to explain things to me I felt extremely welcomed here.
They fitted me in the schedule for my pap and birth control with no appointment.
Pros: friendly, personable caring staff.
Cons: long wait times and very crowded.

Was told to be here at 8, for an appointment, one of the first people here It has been 2.5 hours and the place is packed still yet to be seen. "Medical staff" seen in the back laughing and sitting around.

This is a terrible location. They think it's okay to close when they want no matter what the hours are posted as. Showed up and they were closed 3 hours earlier than they were supposed to be. Even had mail left sitting out in front of the door. Terrible customer service, especially after wait 30minute son the phone with no answer. If this wasn't the closest location to me I would happily go somewhere else.

The staff here was some of the kindest people I have ever met.
I have never entered a medical office and felt so comfortable being there. The nurse was kind and patient with me. My doctor was knowledgeable about the IUC and answered every question I had for her before I even got to ask it. The front desk staff was also very pleasant to talk to and they made sure I understood everything I was singing up for and paying for in full detail. Everyone here treated me like I was a person and not just another patient walking through the door. I'll continue to go here.
