Allstate Insurance: Donna Parker

We have been with this agency for years and recently moved out of state and they were very rude when it came to customer service. They would not answer any questions, they basically just hung up and were not helpful at all. Go elsewhere, do not waste your time with these rude agents.

Had this company for a little while, from the beginning the whole process of having Allstate and an agent has been so bad. Every time I'd call to talk to my agent she was never there, the most answers anyone would give me was the front desk lady. I do not recommend this agent!

I was with the Donna Parker agency for several years and when I had a problem with Allstate because they overcharged me the Donna Parker Agency was nowhere to be found. I called several times and sought assistance and I may have received one call back and literally no answers. Allstate would direct me to my agent and my agent could not provide the answer. I got a new agent and within 5 minutes one of the folks there found a discount for me that I should have been receiving at the Donna Parker Agency. I am sad to say that she is still going to get the commission for my policy but I am going to make sure that people know she is NOT my agent. Sometimes a little effort goes a long way.

If there was a 6th star I would definitely give Mrs.Donna Parker six. She went above and beyond to take care of any and all of my issues and got me the best price possible. She was very courteous and friendly.
