Darden and Miranda not only fights for the best coverage, price and plans but provides valued insight as life events unfold. Hurricanes, the birth of a little one, and speeding tickets have all have affected my insurance needs. Darden and Miranda have adjusted with me and will be my partner for years to come. Caroline has been my agent since 2012.

Heather is always extremely helpful and very thourogh in answering any and all or our questions. She goes above and beyond to make sure we are getting what we need and that we are taken care of. Shawn and I are both very happy with the insurance for our home and auto, and equally happy with our agent. Thanks again Heather!!

The Darden, Miranda & Associates Company is very in tune with the needs of their clients and go above and beyond in helping get changes/additions etc. completed in a timely manner. The account representatives are very knowledgeable and helps guide us to the appropriate products that would be of benefit to my family. Thank you

I was involved in an accident on a Friday morning while heading to work. Since it was not my fault, I did not call my agent to report it until later on in the day. By that time it was "after hours". When I called the main number to inform them of the accident, I was connected to a person within seconds. The woman said she'd relay the information to my agent, which she did. I received a call from my agent the following Monday, inquiring whether I was hurt or not--a nice thing to do. The other reason I chose Darden Miranda was because they provided me with a reputable company with cheaper rates than the national ones --the ones that put money into advertising we see on TV--yet I kept the same coverage that I previously had. I had been referred to their company by a relative, who has been with them for at least five years.

Friendly and knowledgeable agents that truly work for the clients. Brittany knew exactly the policy coverage that would be best for our situation and worked to get us the best price. She was also very accessible.
