Timing is everything I had a better experience this time then last. Last time it stunk probably because so many people in one area. Food has never been that great but I dont expect much from a place like this. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Cant say much for the people that come here, a coupe little babies walking around crying for their mother, had to take them to the front to let them know. Early in the day or late in the day is the time to go when there are not as many people.

Nice place to visit and a great family environment. Try to avoid from going on Saturday's, it's very packed with all the birthdays that go on.

Worst Chuck E Cheese ever!!! My daughter was playing the jump rope game. She won and it ran out of tickets. A male employee came over to fix it. After he was done then took the tickets that MY DAUGHTER won out of my her hands and said they weren't hers and gave them to another male customer. Needless to say we will never go back and I will be contacting corporate as well as the BBB!!!! I will also be writing as many reviews as possible.

Our pizzas came out in a timely manner, the salad bar was full and fresh, the staff was everywhere they needed to be, the bathrooms were clean. To be honest I'm pleasantly surprised! I haven't been since I was a kid and tonight it was a full house! They held their own, I'll be back..
