Love this wrap/sandwich shop. So many choices & options. I've enjoyed everything I've ever tried here. Always helpful & friendly customer service as well. Wish more establishments were like this one, especially when it comes to customer service.

Roly Poly owner Carl Gray is a dishonest cheap business owner that sends coupons to his customers and then when you present him the coupon he doesn't honor it & tells me to call Square when he is the one who actually sends out the coupons for his business. He refused to honor a coupon that he sent me. What business sends coupons to their customers & then does not honor it. I WILL NEVER EVER EAT AT ROLY POLY AGAIN. Carl Gray chose to lose a customer instead of honoring a coupon that he sent me for a free side & a drink. He did nothing to accommodate me, he was very rude & showed that he did not value my business. How are you going to get upset with me for getting upset with you for not honoring a coupon that you sent me. If you want your customer to pay for everything & not offer them deals and specials, then don't send them coupons and then blame it on Square or tell your customer to call Square when they have nothing to do with it. No maybe you should call Square since you say it's there fault . Don't eat at Roly Poly Carl Gray does not value your business. He just wants your money. His sandwiches are over priced & not worth the price he charges. I also think he has a problem with black people by the way I was treated and that is the reason why he would not honor my coupon. What goes around comes around Carl Gray. I hope people continue to see you are a dishonest, rude, prejudice business owner & stop supporting your business. You don't care about your customers or your black customers that is.

I have eaten here 3 times, the last time the owner noticed me, and started making my order before I had a chance to order it. AMAZING! The place is clean, the food is great, and I'm hooked! I will be a regular! Great Job! I love this place!

I work next door at Anstead's Tobacco Company and it never disappoints. The food is DELICIOUS, quick and very affordable. The staff is great and the place is always clean. They offer a variety of healthy food options, home made side items, a rotating selection of soups and Dave's Cookies are awesome. The "frequent customer card" fills up fast and that free half sandwich is always appreciated! You won't be disappointed😆💯👍
