I am so fed up with the way this practice is run. It's a wonder they have any business anymore. Today is at least the third time I have driven over in the morning and they were closed and locked at 8:15. They are supposed to open at 8. No sign on the door - no explanation. As I was driving away, I see about 8 employees standing by the side door unable to get in. They had obviously been standing there since before 8am when the practice is due to open. I'm really tired of wasting my time and gas driving there for nothing and having to make a second trip. On a "good" day, when they are open on time, I will still wait a minimum of 20 minutes to get a shot. They have no desire to get you in and take care of you. I'm looking for a new doctor. It's not worth the hassle to go here anymore. The last two times I went, I brought in a year old bill that had never been paid by my insurance due to mis-coding at Breezewood. Both times I was told they would look into it and let me know the outcome. I've never been called back either time. Today would've been the third time I raised the issue. There has been a major turnover in office personnel in the past few months and no one smiles in this place. Something weird is going on. I predict this company is going to fall flat on its face in the near future. It doesn't give me confidence that I'm receiving quality healthcare that's for sure.

Great practice! We are lucky to have the total approach program here. They really loook at a client as a whole person. They take the time to solve the underlying issues instead of just handing out meds. Truly appreciative of their team & passion for health.

Complaint Description:
Wrong prescription filled! On September 5th 2014 I went to place a prescription order for my fiancée. I gave the front counter person my cell phone with a text message from her for the CORRECT prescription. The front counter person wrote the order on a pad and gave it to the proper person. I was given the wrong order but did not know it until later that day after the office was closed. That was on a Friday. On Monday I returned to the office with the unopened bottles that were kept in my home and office. I was then told it was my fault I got the wrong order. My reply was "I gave you the correct order and I'm not a pharmacist. That is your job to give me the correct order." I was told the medicine was mine to keep. The next day I came back to speak with the officer manager. He told me what his staff said happened. Which was completely wrong. And then he said he didn't think three of his office staff would lie. So asked does that mean I'm lying? So in summary they gave me the wrong prescription then accused me of lying even though I showed the text with the correct prescription on it.

My (repeated) experiences with this office (Dr. Geszler's side)has caused it to be the worst medical office I have ever stepped in. To start, I waited 45 minutes to be called back - with no apologies. Next, the nurse took my medical history and was very condescending to me. She basically wrote off every symptom or problem I had with an eye roll or a "well that's just not accurate" look. I could assure you it was very true, but they did not get my medical records transferred on time either. The following week, I left a message for the nurse, wanting to double check on the med records' arrival, but she never returned my call (the receptionist wasn't willing to go look for me either). On another occassion, the receptionist began disagreeing with me over what my appointment was for (again condescending) when it's clear the doctor and I were the only two in my exam room. Overall, this place will not bring you comfort, care, and respect. I really hope you choose another office so you don't experience this as well. Best of luck.
