WORST GYM EVER!!!! I sent 3 forms of documents proving that I moved and every single one was denied. I sent in a new lease agreement for my new address - they came back saying they could not accept it because it had to be signed by the lesser and myself and be notarized in the state I moved to. My husband's PCS/ETS orders could not be used because I needed 2 documents to prove the orders. My new utility hook up sign up was not accepted either because the mae up rule that day was that TWO forms proving that you moved had to be sent in.

None of the extra documents/paperwork was listed on the original cancellation request form that was emailed to me. I followed the requirements and was given additional - not listed dovuments to supplement the ones they were requiring.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM, UNLESS YOU'RE SIGNING UP TO GET SCREWED!!!

DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY! THEY STRONG ARM YOU INTO A CONTRACT, THEN SAY YOU CAN CANCEL AT ANY TIME, BUT WITHOUT TELLING YOU THAT "ANY TIME" IS ONLY WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS. GETTING THEM TO THEN ALLOW CONTRACT TO BE CANCELLED IS PROFOUNDLY DIFFICULT, & THEN THEY SAY THAT THE ONLY OTHER WAY IS TO BUY THEM OUT ON THE CONTRACT FOR $474.00; BCZ NC LAW WON'T HAVE IT ANY OTHER WAY! OUTRAGEOUS! NO OTHER GYM DOES THIS!! FURTHERMORE, IT IS UNETHICAL TO HOLD MILITARY PERSONNEL & VETS TO THE SAME STANDARD; NOT HAVE
JUST GIVEN WHAT THEY HAVE DONE FOR THEIR COUNTRY, BUT ALSO BCZ THEIR OBSTACLES ARE GREATER, AND THEIR SITUATIONS ARE NOT AS STATIC; BUT NO ONE, MILITARY, OR CIVILIAN, SHOULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH ALL THIS BUREAUCRATIC RED TAPE & HOOPS, JUST TO CANCEL A MEMBERSHIP AT A GYM! ABSOLUTELY LUDICROUS, THIS SCAM IS; IT IS A SCAM WHEN 1/2 TRUTHS ARE TOLD!!!!

This place SCAMS young military members, Do Not Go There. They High pressure you to a contract and will not let you cancel even if your transferred across country.
