Very bad customer service. I was pressured into buy products from this company. My daughter is allergic to their products. I tried to contact the local rep from the receipt and got no response. I then contacted the main company based in FL and got the number for the manager for Fayetteville. He refused to refund and only offered to give us a new product. They said they could not take my products back since they were cosmetics, while they use open products on customers to show how great they are. This is robbery. My daughter is allergic to their so called natural products. I paid $1000.00 on their products, thinking I could trust they were the top "high end" products that they claimed to be. They aren't even affiliated with the BBB. They are con-artists. Buyer beware...
