Had an appointment at 3:30. Showed up at 3 to fill out new patient paperwork. STILL didn't see the veterinarian until 4:15. The waiting rooms are tiny and crowded. The techs, however, were very kind, so I added a star for them.

I'm dismayed to have to give one star, because as far as the vets go, both the equine and small animal vets there are top notch. But as for their administrative and front office support staff, I would give zero stars if possible. I have sat in that office for over an hour on multiple occasions when I had a appointment well in advance. The customer service when I have asked as to why the wait is so long was dismissive and rude at best. I have spent thousands of dollars here on both my dogs and horses, but I will be finding another option, because I do not appreciate the level of disrespect shown to me here. As an example, I asked to be informed about what the total of my bill was before my debit card was swiped. Twice now, they have charged me before I knew the total. I'm not sure this expresses just how rude the front office staff has been or how unprofessional they have been. Dirty looks when I asked questions, office gossip spoken across the counter, by talking over me when I'm asking about prescriptions...the list goes on and on. I have brought up my issues on multiple occasions and have been given scheduling conflict answers, but no change initiated for any of the above complaints.

I love this place! It has a great atmosphere, and my dog was in great hands. My dog broke his arm and I didn't have a worry in the world while he was staying at this vets office. Dr. Garrett had my dogs best interest and I am very greatful!

Usually a great place.however I have been waiting over 2 hours in a waiting room with others dogs while my dog has an issue that can be passed on to others just by touch and 1 by 1 others who have been here for 15 min only get called ahead of us. Will be looking for a new vet even though we have had dogs going g back 10 hrs at this place. Not sure what's going on but it's nothing like it was.

This place is awesome. I would give them 10 stars.
I have been taking my pets there for the last 7 years. The vets are great. Recently Dr. Roger has been seeing my animal he's very passionate and I love the fact that he goes into details and explained everything to you. The ladies at the front desk are super sweet and very helpful. Savannah always has a smile on her face greets me by my name (which can't be easy with all the patients) asks how my fur babies are, she goes beyond her job duties to help you.
I refer everyone to the Animal Hospital of Fayetteville.
