My girlfriend and I have taken our pets to this vet for everything. Her family used to go to this vet when Dr. Krepp was still working! We usually see Dr. Jonas, but yesterday our puppy got really sick and we had to take her in on an emergency basis. We were seen by Dr. Sanders. WOW! Dr. Sander's took the time to explain everything going on with our puppy and suggested treatments that wouldn't cost us an arm and a leg. Our puppy was a handful (we heard her squealing in the back) but the whole staff took good care of our baby. I'd definitely go see Dr. Sanders again if Dr. Jonas isn't available, I think she definitely puts your pet before her own paycheck! We always have an amazing experience here, I highly recommend this veterinary office.

Beware: will suggest any form of treatment, but not disclose the cost. Also, they do not do health certificates for pet travel because, as stated by an employee, "We do not make any money on them.".

The health team there were very patient. Understanding. It was the middle of night. They were tired but listened attentively. Grateful for considering even our financial state as we decided. Awesome Doctor. Great job.

Let me start off by saying that if this rating was ONLY based on the veterinarians and the care that my 2 dogs receive, I'd give 5 stars. My dogs have been seen by all of the veterinarians that work there and always have very thorough exams and I'm given lots of information in every visit. The vets here never give the impression that they are in a hurry while they are in an exam room and take great care to make sure all of my questions are answered before I leave. They work very hard to make sure my pets are comfortable and pain free throughout the visit, and have appropriate pain meds when they go home. All of the vet staff loves our animals, and treats them just like they were their own dogs. Even making suggestions based on what they would do if it were their animals.

The reason for the 3 star rating is the customer service from the ladies at the front desk (excluding Anita who is always super sweet). These ladies are almost always grumpy and even rude; not only with me, but all other interactions I've witnessed over the past 2 years. I've tried talking to a few of the veterinarians about this and have gotten the response "Oh well, maybe they've just had a long day." If you are in a customer-facing position (which they most certainly are), it is grumpy and rude is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Even if you have an interaction with a rude customer (it certainly happens), there is no excuse to punish the next customer that walks through the door. The front desk staff is the first and last experience customers have with this business. As such, it's often these experiences that shape the customers' view of a business. These employees most certainly need to be reminded of their responsibilities in customer service.
