We are loving our experience at Ward Orthodontics! When a kid actually looks forward to a dental appointment, you know they are doing something correctly! Great branding, exciting decor, wonderful customer service, and excellent dental care. Highly recommend!

We have been going to Ward Orthodontics for one kid or another for the past 3 years. I can honestly say that every time we are there, the staff is genuinely friendly and pleasant. Maybe there's something special in those medieval suits of armor, or the Lindt chocolates, but I have never been to an office where the people are so consistently competent AND nice to be around. Dr. Ward himself is a fun person, easy to talk to and makes you feel right at home. He takes time to go the extra mile and make sure everything is just right - whether it's picking up the phone during the day to help you with a question, to fielding the odd dental curveball - he does so in a way that never feels rushed. He takes the time to listen, respond, and follow up. That same attitude is shared by the people who work with him. There's a great culture there and it makes going to the orthodontist pretty nice.

This place is great: Excellent environments, professional and friendly staff and great doctor. Additionally this is probably the coolest looking office that you will ever find. I highly recommend Ward Orthodontics!!

Dr. Ward and the staff are awesome and the work they do is top notch! The staff is super friendly, scheduling is super easy and super flexible, and the office looks amazing. The process has been amazing and I couldn't be more satisfied with my results! I would highly recommend Ward Orthodontics to anyone!

Our family is extremely pleased with the experiences we have had at Ward Orthodontics. Dr. Ward and his staff's expertise allowed for effective, timely treatments, an enjoyable process, and excellent results. Plus, the castle ambience in the office is top-notch, which is very fun to visit. We were consistently greeted and cared for in a pleasant way, and we highly recommend Ward Orthodontics.
