I started using the Race Today and within a week am noticing good results with the horse I put on it. Vetline accidently sent a shipment of Race Today to my address and when I called them to let them know they told me to keep it! I was put on hold and when they came back on the line I was asked if I could use the products and if so to keep it. I have never had a company do something like this before and they told me "we do this for the animals" well you have my business now!!

Convenient when I needed a late afternoon prescription for one of my dogs, but the staff pulled the wrong dosage level from the shelf, at 4 times the strength prescribed. And dangerous, because I'm following the prescribing instructions from my vet. Fortunately, I read the small print before administering the med, noticed the dosage levels didn't correlate, and called my vet. I understand that mistakes can happen. However, what got me was the response of Vetline when I called the next morning - at the suggestion of my vet - to explain their error and ask what controls they have in place to ensure this doesn't happen again. The woman was unapologetic, and indifferent to the possibility of serious medical complications. She nonchalantly repeated she could get the right dosage in another day or so, and could reimburse me the $2 price difference. Didn't care about their error. Didn't care to simply apologize.
