Their burritos are life and they give me free refills of coffee. The green and red chile is traditional New Mexican style and they're right by my work. I'm in love.

Short review: Get a "For The Road Only" and you will have excellent breakfast for 5$!
Long review: When not just stopping for "order out", I really like this restaurant. Don't get upset if it is packed.... you should have made a reservation. The portions are impressive and have to admit that I get the "whimpy" portions. Realize that everything is made to order and the kitchen seems a little slow. But the reward is well worth it. The waiting staff is bubbly and nice. The food has never disappointed me. Their jams and homemade chile are incredible. I am a sucker for their Carne Asasa Pappas. Oh speaking of Pappas, I don't care about hashbrowns anymore after that experience. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed

This is my favorite breakfast place in the whole state. I have never have anything bad here. The plates are huge! You have to get a biscuits and some of the home made jelly. It's the best jelly.

I have only had breakfast here but it's pretty great! The biscuits and homemade jam are amazing. The portions are enormous but it is a little pricey. They will not seat you without your entire party and they do no serve alcoholic beverages.

Just as a disclaimer: I normally do not par take in reviews but I was so disappointed with this place I felt the need to.
I have had one amazing experience at the Loveland location and one TERRIBLE experience at the Fort Collins location.
We are seated not noticed for awhile and our waitress had an incredibly odd putting attitude making us feel so uncomfortable that we wanted to leave the location and ask for our food to go. Our waitress brings the check and just leaves making us find another employee to cash us out. We get home to find that on one of our orders the hillbilly there isn't any sausage gravy or biscuit aka THE MAIN POINT OF THE MEAL. If I didn't live relatively far away I would have most definitely asked for ALL of my money back.
Very disappointed considering I had an amazing experience at the other location.
