My low rating is not for the quality of food but for their poor delivery range. There have been 3 separate store locations in which I have tried to place a delivery for 3 separate delivery locations and all have been out of range. We're talking .5 miles each time and far within city limits. With a handful of J.J. restaurants in town it's hard to believe they cannot cover more ground. "Freaky fast" seems to only apply to 3 miles from the store location. What a bummer every time. :(

For a restaurant that claims to have freaky great service, I was very disappointed to find out that it is really not the freaky awesome. More like a freaky poor. The store has a large delivery range east west, of almost 3 miles each way. But not even a mile south of itself. Learned that delivery radius are set by national head quarters and very strictly enforced by national, regional and area managers. So for needing all of another mile south for a large area, learned that they can't come any closer to where I live.

We placed a delivery order for a couple #12's and a cookie. Our order arrived "freaky fast", with a couple issues. First, they forgot the cookie. I called and they sent it to us with the delivery driver who brought us our initial order. No big deal, things happen. But then, I open my sandwich to find a short, dark hair, and avocado spread on only 1/2 my sandwich. Disgusting and disappointing. My husband's sub was totally fine though if that's any consolation. Not impressed.
