Alright so we get there and the hostess says it will be 20-25 minutes. She takes our name and number and says they will text us when a table is ready. We go outside to wait because it is fairly packed in the waiting area and then proceeded to wait for 25 minutes. We go back inside and wait for another 10 minutes and I decide to go ask to see how much longer it will be. The Hostess replies in a somewhat rude manner “oh it’ll be a while still” the manager walks past and says it will be in a few minutes after I said we’ve waited for 35 minutes already. I go back and sit down and wait for another 20 minutes. Meanwhile the hostess has sat 6 groups that came in after we put our name on the list. Needless to say I took our name off the list and left being that we waited for over double the time she initially told us and having that many people be seated after we came in that came in after us. This should speak volumes considering I have never left a restaurant before due to poor service.

Food really good. Staff did not clean up dirty dishes after appetizer before bringing main dish. They did not clean up dinner before dessert. All night table was a mess and over crowded. But food was good, wait staff nice.

First time coming here, and I was very satisfied with our waitress. Very sweet young lady😊 and the food was so on point! Compliments to the cook/cooks! I will frequent this place more often😃

Cooks know how to grill medium rare steaks with good seasoning. Friendly, attentive and quick service. Decent side options. Solid sized portions. Not a ton of Colorado brews, but some from Fort Collins. Good, but not great house salad.

First, we were told we would only have a 10-15 minute wait and it was double that time. No one ever ask if we would like a drink of water or any kind of act of hospitality. Felt like we were intruders in their restaurant.
Second, as we were seated we had trouble with our waitress when we asked about alcoholic beverages. She said she didn't know much cause, and I quote ( I'm sorry I don't know cause I never took the alcohol classes that they offered.) Wow, really.
Thirdly, our so called complementary bread was so very late to our table that just minutes later our food was out. That's when the real fun began.
Lastly, when our food came it was wrong. Both side dishes were wrong and instead of offering to remedy the problem they tried last second fixes cause they weren't going to take it back. Take for instance that I ordered loaded mashed potatoes. Instead I got lukewarm regular mashed potatoes. Instead of taking it back they would only bring me a few fixings on the side and I could make it myself. She actually said that to me. I could go on and on but why waste anymore of my or any reviewers time. DO NOT go to the OUTBACK Steakhouse on harmony road. Spend your hard earned money on some other fine establishment.
