Good food, good service. I ordered my usual, a broccoli chedder bread bowl, and at first it was fine. I soon discovered that it had been cut too shallowly and under filled. However, when I told a member what had happened she provided an entire new one, without argument! Amazing.

Tasty food depending upon what you get, but small portions and expensive. Overall value isn't good. Like the ambiance but staring to look in disrepair. Seems clean and has good and healthy choices.

So I was super excited to eat Panera bread and have it delivered but the entire experience was horrible. I placed an online order and two hours later the food was not here. I called the store they told me that I made a mistake and put pickup instead of delivery. I asked if I can pick it up instead they said that would be fine. Since I did not have a car I ordered an uber to get there. When I arrived they said that they cancelled my order and I could not pick it up. Then on top of everything they said that refunding my money would take 3 days. So 60 dollars down and 3 hours wasted and I still don't have any food. Absolutely horrible experience, doubt that I will be going back anytime soon.

Definitely one of the best Panera locations I've been to. The staff is always friendly, the food is prepared well and arrives quickly, and the environment is always clean and welcoming.Only doing 4 instead of 5 stars, however, due to slow service at times, as well as burned bagels.

This location struggles in the details. Yesterday was a 15 minute wait for a rapid pick up order that should have been ready when I got there. Today my bagel was burnt. I don't understand why you wouldn't remake a bagel if it comes out of the toaster burnt. Instead I get to the office and discover my choices are to skip breakfast or eat a heavily charred bagel. Overall, the atmosphere is nice, but the food is overpriced.
