We went specifically for the salad bar and it was incredibly okay/blase. Service from our waiter indicated he thought we were cheapskates. NEVER one time did he clear our dirty plates so we could go back for seconds. I had to ask another wait staff to please clean off our table.
Salad bar was just the bare minimum and didn't really qualify as a salad bar for a full meal. Employees refilling items would not move out of the way and actually made customers step back. Many items messy and mixed with other items. Salad dressings very messy and dripped all around. Quite a disappointment compared to other Ruby Tuesday.

About 15 of us went in and couldn't or wouldn't seat us together. Was very upset at the fact we were in a large group. Then the waitress was ugly. I never have liked their food. Very poor experience. Will not ever go back.

The salad was ok at best, the dressings were very watered down and the croutons were stale. I ordered steak and shrimp, my steak was sent back as it was bloody and I ordered medium well, the shrimp were frozen and tasteless. The service was good but I certainly will never go back.
