I have been a long standing customer, however today I ordered a medium original and brought it home to eat it. Some ten minutes went by so it wasn't time. The sandwich had to have been made earlier and left out for sometime or put in the fridge, then reheated. It was bad and tasted like old shoe leather. the breading tasted several days old. I am now very sick and for your sake wont go into it. We will never go back.

I went in with my mom and sisters and this location was slower than molasses in the winter. The guy at the register was super nice. But in the back they couldn't get out order straight and it came out at 2 different times. The food was good but I can't say I'd come back to this location.

Bought a deluxe sandwich on 6/28/17 and it was delicious, thus the 2 stars. However the girl at the register was awful. She was hanging out with her friends when I walked in and seemed annoyed that I would force her to stand up to take my order. Did not greet me, did not ask me for my order, didn't even say a word until it was time to pay and she told me my total. After taking my order she went back to hanging out with her homies. She did not want to be there and despised the customers who paid her paycheck. I've eaten at Schlotzsky's many, many times in various states and customer service was always excellent. This was quite the opposite, the worst customer service of any Schlotzsky's and maybe the worst of any fast food restaurant in my lifetime. I had planned to dine in and buy a drink & chips with my sandwich, but was so pissed off that I just ordered a sandwich to go. I hadn't eaten Schlotzsky's in over a year, otherwise I would've left without ordering anything. At least the older lady who made my sandwich was nice and friendly.
I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant as they apparently have little regard for their customers.
