Why anyone shops here over Amazon is beyond me... I gave them 3 stars because they have a great selection of just about every thing you could need for your dog but no more than that because this place is an utter rip off. Example - Frontline Plus is $60 online and on Amazon for a 6mo supply, but $115 for the exact same thing at PetSmart... Why?? Unless I'm desperate for something for my pet in that exact moment, I'll order it from the comfort of my own home, wait 2 days & spend half as much.

Terrible I can't believe what they did to my dog, he had two small mats and they shaved him completely, just saved his head, he looks terrible and I don't know how they treated him, he is so stressed and he can't sleep, he is shivering all the time, I am almost sure that they didn't even bathed him. I don't understand how they hired this people, i paid $50 and they just shaved my dog. Never ever will bring my dog there again.

Friendly staff, good selection, cute animals. The skinny pig is so cute. They give good advice on how to aquascape and care for fish.

Did a terrible job. The boarding kennel overfed my cat with two extra full day's worth of food in less than 24 hours, even with explicit instructions not to, as she has liver problems, and over-feeding her could cause her to become in danger of developing fatty liver syndrome, which is a common cause of death in cats; you know, something businesses who are in the business of caring for animals and have a vet in the building should be aware of. Also, my vet confirmed that my dog got kennel cough from here. If you care about your pet, be smart. Leave it with ANYONE else.

Slightly over priced in comparison to Petco. But always helpful, good service. Animals for sale seem to always have clean cages, and appear healthy. Love taking our English Mastiff in so he can pick out his own toys.
