Calling to reschedule or cancel appointments should not difficult. Office staff answering the phones are very rude. Office was still open but I was told after being put on hold for 10 minutes I would need to call back the next day to cancel appt. Might just look for a new dr.

67 years old my wife had and affection the office manager refused to call in a prescription she went all week with a infection the rudest office manager I've ever dealt with in my life she called her regular doctor who immediately prescribe the medication recorder pick up I can't believe how rude this office manager was to myself and my wife watch out for the office manager

There is no other finer Urologist in this or any other area than Dr. Miranda-Sousa. His professionalism is only exceeded by his humor and gentleness. I was really concerned before my surgery but he put all my fears to rest and I had absolutely NO problems afterwards. He explained totally what to expect and it was even better than he said!! He is the third Urologist I have tried and he is the ONLY one that I will ever go to for any problems that I ever have!! Put your trust in him...... you won't regret it!!
