After an accident (broken humerus and 4 fractures in my shoulder) on a Christmas vacation in Colorado, I was lucky to find OSSWF when I returned home. From the front desk to the X-ray technicians, to the nurses to the surgical center, to the physical therapy department (Karen you rock) this is a 5 star medical office, all the way! One of the most organized medical offices I have ever experienced; they could make a fortune on writing a book or teaching a course on how to run a professional medical practice. (I have never waited more than 5-10 minutes for my appointment) Everyone is friendly, competent and professional. Dr. Richards is what you hope for in every doctor: real, caring, experienced, and treats you as an individual. After my first visit, I had 150% confidence and trust in him. He's an amazing surgeon. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else is SWFL if you need an orthopedic surgeon.

Very helpful staff ,polite ,as well as courteous. Dr.Guzman was very professional took time
To listen to my trouble, and explained in detail what was needing to happen. Great job, no pain during procedure at all. Staff was great about setting up appointment for the followup mri. Thank you so much osswf,as well as Dr. Guzman.. Used x-rays from hospital to save me money very appreciative again THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP

Dr Richards is the best doctor ever! He is very professional and kind. He tells it like it is and gives you the truth. He is super educated and will answer all of your questions. The nurses are very nice, calm, and amazing! Highly recommend them! Thank you so much for the great experience!

After my ER visit I followed up with Dr. Nemitz and may I say the sweetest Dr. ever! I can't thank him enough for referring Dr.Richards who performed surgery the following day and I did not have to get my finger amputated or lose my nail! It has been a long way to recovery but these two Doctors have made me really happy. I am thankful for both of them!

Dr. Nemitz took over after a very unsatisfactory business with a different doctor out of a different office. He had me into surgery the next day, and gave me excellent care through every stage of healing. Now I'm going to physical therapy with the same group. Richard and Barbara are amazingly talented, patient, educated, and helpful. Richard misses nothing!!! He really wants his patients to heal!!!
