I would give them a 0 as well if I could. The most unprofessional place I have ever been to. The paper work was filled in wrong and had to pay extra when it was their fault. It is crazy that they are certified. The front desk lady refused to show my husband his record and was yelling and beinh disrespectful. I felt they perposly filed the paper work wrong to get more money and because they know immigrants are in need of their documents they take advantage of the situation. Words can't explain how upset I am with this office and their staff. Would never recommend this place for anything wait the months or whatever for a real doctor not a scam artist.

Dr.Eloi is anExcellent doctor, very caring. He gives you his cell number so you can contact him with any questions or concerns. I would recommend him without hesitation.

If I could give a 0 I would. Very unprofessional environment. Untrustworthy and unreliable people. Seems like it's a family run business with one or two people, the phone number is a personal cell which they pick up whenever-wherever, never in their office(always say "give me 20 minutes, I'll be there". I went for my immigration shots, the forms were filled out incorrectly so they basically took my money for nothing. Please do not pick this place to give them business - it's a shame they are qualified to be called a medical facility.
