Will never go there again. Called them after my dog ate my glasses for a copy of my prescription and they never sent it. This was on a Saturday and they closed at noon. So I called and got their answering service who assured me they would send them the message and I still did not get my prescription. I had to spend the entire weekend with no glasses which I need to function because my eyesight is so poor. They new it was an emergency situation, but I guess no one could be bothered to help. How do you call yourself a professional and do that?

Priscilla went over and above to get my glasses ordered today! She was very pleasant, a pleasure to do business with.

I would give no stars if I could. Ordered progressive lens eyeglasses and progressive lens sunglasses to a tune of $983.00. Got a call that the lens material for my eyeglasses was back ordered and it would take 3-4 weeks to get what I ordered. We were due to leave for Indiana in that time frame. Canceled that order. I am supposed to get a refund of $667.00. Picked up my sunglasses and they were for distance only. She said that is what I said I wanted. Not true. I wanted exactly what was on my eyeglasses. I needed to be able to read with my sunglasses on. Distance only does me no good. I paid $316.00 for nothing. She said it would be another $200.00 for them to correct them. If you ever deal with Anitra Coppolino make sure you have her repeat exactly what you are getting. The manager is supposed to call me, but I'm sure that will not do any good. I'm so mad. The only reason I went there was because my husband loves his progressive lens eyeglasses and progressive lens sunglasses he got there. I personally would not recommend this place to anyone.

I wish I could put in less then one star. I went in for lasik eye surgery. they told me when the surgery was done I would have 20/25 vision . When they got done with me I ended up with 20/60 in one eye and 20/80 in the other eye. Their comment to me was "well at least you can see enough to be able to legally drive". Then after 3 months they could not figure out what they did wrong, but they promised me they would fix it. So a week later Mr. Brown ( as I would not call this quack a Dr. ) sent me a letter dismissing me as his patient and left me with a complete mess with my eyes. In addition they refused to refund my money.

Eye exam was fine. But after I left they sent me a bill for $20 more dollars. Tried to resolve. My messages went unanswered. If the get an extra $20 from everyone. It ads up.
