Beware! The Pizza Hut in North Fort Myers that was ALWAYS ABSOLUTELY FILTHY (smelled, salad bar always disgusting, pizzas not good) has moved to Pine Island Road (across from Target) THEY WILL TELL YOU DIFFERENTLY!!! WHY, Would they tell you they are a different location when it's same phone #??? I know this because It is the same phone # & old address posted ALL OVER the web. The wrong address is still posted online... We went to pick up the pizzas at the original address and didn't Know they no longer existed on 41. Came home, called again & was told they were now on Pine Island Road, Manager "FRANK" was extremely RUDE & told me a bold face LIE!!! He insisted that they were a different store -- obviously NOT FRANK if you have the same phone # as the old store in North Fort Myers. Did not offer discount of any sort after we ran around for 1 hr, trying to figure out where we were to pick up the pizzas we ordered. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL & clearly doesn't have ANY experience in customer service whatsoever! THEY CLEARLY DO NOT WANT CUSTOMERS TO KNOW THEY ARE THE SAME PIZZA HUT THAT WAS ON 41 IN NORTH FORT MYERS... I believe more then likely they were cited too many times by the City Of Fort Myers, Health Department & also the State Of Florida Restaurant Bureau!!!

Had one of their drivers back out, recklessly & took off, you could say he swerved. Drove like an idiot. I got his tag number & took a shot at which restaurant to call.. got the correct one on first try. Manager was unavailable & the guy on the phone needs to learn some manners. I felt like he was going to hang up on me because I wanted to talk with the mgr. He's great at running interference, to avoid disturbing the manager. All too rude, condecending, and, when you ask a question, please let the person answer. And, when you keep having me repeat everything, don't sound indignant & offended when I start speaking slower and being sure to announciate clearly. I am well aware of the fast delivery mentality. The 30 min or less promise got ditched after a couple people got killed. Please, spare me the condecention. I think the kids guessed I was going to call because he got behind a pickup truck & stayed about ten feet off his back bumper. Not cool. 10:15-17 pm or not.

Ordered delivery from my hotel and it only took 20 mins! The driver was very nice and pizza was amazing!

Im sick to my stomach over the nastiness of EVERYTHING on the salad bar. The lettuce was literally brown. The carrots were white. The onions & mushrooms were mushy and brown. The chocolate pudding was curdled and black and stuck to the sides of the silver container. Your staff should be ashamed at the presentation of such a sad display of food that deserves to go in the trash!!! I was so disgusted we left. If that is how the salad bar is presented as if it were edible, i dont even want to imagine what the state of the pizza and toppings would be. Then, upon telling the waitress of our concerns and that we were leaving she didnt even care. No reaction, no nothing!!!

Nostalgic for a pan pizza with a crisp crust and toppings to the edge? You will find it here! Pizza so good that is delicious when it's hot and you keep eating and enjoying it even after it has turned cold.. The balsamic glaze spiral is recommended.
