Susan greeted us as we walked in the door with a very friendly outgoing personality and seated us immediately, Shawn was our server and he was great at helping us make our food and drink selections. EVERYTHING was fantastic! Many thanks to Susan and Shawn for going above and beyond in their customer service, I am a supervisor in hospitality and appreciate when I see and get exceptional service!

Went to this Red Lobster last night for my friends birthday. Our server Lacey was great and hilarious. Not only was the service amazing and prompt but the food was delicous too and worth every dime. Last time I went there I didn't have the same experience. The hostess was very nice last night as well. I will definitely be returning and hope for the same experience.

Delicious cheddar biscuits and the calamari was tender - cooked perfectly. The seafood is also cooked to perfection! My wife got clam chowder and was delighted with the flavor and abundance of clam in it. What a great meal!

Went for lunch today ordered lobster artichoke dip, was very disappointed. Artichoke was hard, had to spit out because I wasn't sure what it was. Asked waiter he said he spoke to manager, "it's artichoke". Didn't ask me if I wanted anything else or even apology it wasn't what I expected. I asked the waiter if he was new, stated he had been there 1 yr. I told him he should have asked me if I wanted something else or get manager for me. Told him his tip would be better if he had, he said thanks for advise and walked away. Needless to say no tip....... I will never go back!

I have been to several different Red Lobster locations, in different states, etc...and this specific location is the best of them all from the Triple Berry Sangria, to the mussels appetizers all the way to the shrimp scampi....it just seemed a cut Above the rest!!!! Not to mention the outstanding service we received! They were very busy because it was All You Can Eat Shrimp, but we had no wait, drinks and appetizers came quick, and the quality over all was 5 stars!!!!!
