The staff are like robots limited interaction with the customer no smiles on there faces I ordered a turkey and swiss cheese foot long the turkey was like eating cardboard no flavor and the toppings were sparse for the price of the sub its was very disappointing

If you want to be treated bad and pay premium prices, this is your place. The woman behind the counter is so miserable. This was embarrassing to the Subway brand!

Possibly the biggest disappointment in downtown fort Myers. They should be ashamed. First I personally know 2 Franchisee owners and the regulated price increases. This location is charging even more, cold cut combo is supposed to be 5.99 not 6.50 and the same for black forest ham etc. Then we ordered an oven roasted chicken on Italian herb and cheese with spinach bacon and Ranch dressing. Toasted. I also asked for the mozzarella as cheese. They no joke toasted it for 15 seconds it wasn't even hot and crunchy. Then the chicken was cold. Then I asked why they put like 20 strands of cheese and 5 leaves of spinach and they ignored me. Said it fell back on the bread like I was blind. Then squirted a nominal amount of ranch and forgot the bacon. I understand the cost of business but this was completely the correct way to tarnish a location and ruin sales.... honestly you guys will see me again. With a letter from corporate and a member of corporate in tow.
Do all you can to stop others from dining here, they don't care about brand and customer loyalty. There's a better subway a few blocks south and a mile north over the bridge.

Poor attitude poor service and poorly made subs. Never returning. And I personally love subway.

Posting for myself and my mother who went to pick up our subs:
I went into the Subway downtown Fort Myers and ordered two six inch subs as I do several times a week.I was told I could only have 5 leaves of spinach and if I wanted anything else it would have to be iceberg lettuce only!
I was willing to pay an up-charge for the spinach but I was denied anyway. This location needs to work on there customer service! The staff seem to be rude and annoyed with assisting their costumers! I will not return to this location and I would advise anyone who is looking for a good sub and good service to find one of the several other sub shops in this area.
I would also like to note this is not the first terrible experience I have had in this location, this was just the most recent.Subway Downtown has lost a loyal customer!
