Very unprofessional, (Lewis) with management misrepresented the property. The particular unit (San Remo 304 in Santa Rosa Beach Florida) is a pet friendly unit even though the units specifies "NO PETS ALLOWED) Stay away from this company or any properties that they manage. Hope this review gives a head to future guest wanting to do business with Sea Star Property

They won´t even inform you about bad issues with "five star" property -until you arrive! They then offend you and mark your complaint as "complete idiocy".
If it wasn´t for the sensible property owners, we would have gotten no compensation at all. Agency diminuished part of the compensation sum to maximize the profit. Wouldn´t answer our requests for days. Did not offer us alternative lodging.
Later completely ignored our lawyer´s inquieries, playing for time.
Big Warning!! Never ever again.
