Was just in your establishment and went to the men restroom. As I was going in one of your employees was coming out of the stall. He did not bother to wash his hands even though Burger King has a sign over the sink saying " employees MUST wash their hands". I will not be eating here again no matter how good your food is. I don't want my food prepared by someone that has used a public toilet without washing their hands and them I am expected to consume food that this inconsiderate kid has prepared.

The service was extremely slow. There was only one person ahead of me and my friend and it took us nearly 15 minutes to get our food plus no one was in drive thru.

Very clean and friendly service. It was nice to go into a Burger King that looked as nice as this one and the food was good

The place is a dump and unlike most of Fort Payne area places. Dirty...rugs, counters, floors, tables. I came for grand kids...will NOT be back. Had to ask for a table to be cleaned...again for our order after 16 minutes...then for condiments...at no time did anyone offer help and it really looked like they couldnt be bothered.
