I have lupus, fybro, back surgeries, degenerative disc disease and other related issues. Lupus attacks from the inside. Doctor prescribed medication 2 months in a row that couldn't be found in Ft Smith. Had to use my break through medication until it came in. Told me that I "shouldn't need narcotic medication" even though they were the absolute smallest dose of the medication available, per my request.
Both appointments were on Fridays and regardless of leaving message both times, I got no return call.
The second time, they said they didn't get a message and couldn't see me anymore because I didn't take as prescribed or inform them.
Oh, and you have to be seen a second time to change the prescription at $150.
Then, after telling the Dr that I never had this issue of finding prescriptions in Las Vegas, he told me to move back!!!!
It was Dr Sewell partner who has constantly been condescending and rude. His nurse is no better!!!!
She's rude and judgmental. I wish her continued health, as I wouldn't wish this treatment on anyone. However, the doctor should know better and she is following her lead.
I would never recommend this facility and I never post reviews, but this issue is unacceptable from any person ever takes an oath to " first, do no harm". The harm is emotional and physical.

I have a chronic pain condition called Interstitial Cystitis, have been waiting about a month for my referral to go through. Called today and they refused me as a patient, which I am sure had to do with my insurance. This Doctor's website says he wants to help people with chronic pain but that proved to be a lie. I am thinking that he just wants money in his grubby hand, and he is nothing but a glorified drug dealer with a license. I will be contacting the correct administrator about this quack!

My husband sees a different doctor every times he goes, which is once a month, even though technically, Dr. Sewell is his doctor. And every doctor he sees wears a lab coat with a name tag reading "Dr. Adam Sewell". They never ask him how he is feeling, or how his pain levels are. They just throw more meds at him. They tell him to bring his meds with him every time he comes so they can count them, make sure he is taking them correctly, but when he takes them, they just shake the bottle, they don't even count them. They also do a urine test every time he comes, to check his medication levels in his body. Which is a great idea, don't get me wrong. But he gets 15 minutes to pee. If he doesn't, then he is rescheduled. Talk about pressure. The latest issue is the copay. He is on Medicare. He's never had more than a $20 copay. Yesterday, they called to confirm his appointment. They stated his copay would be over $200. Say WHAT???!!! We seriously need more pain management doctors in our area so that we have a choice, and don't have to drive all the way to Little Rock.

My experience was as bad if not worse than Carolyn's. Be careful.

Be careful, I was dropped without a refusal and 1 month of meds. Then when I found a Dr. I was told by records that they had a month to get my records to the new Dr. Well by the time they decided to get my records out, the new Dr. Wasn't taking any new patients. I had 1 week to find another Dr. Needn't of say I have been without pain meds since the 22nd of may. All I'm saying is watch your backs.
