All my food was cold, and they didn't wanna give me my money back. I had to fuss ,,,,btw it took actually 23 mins to get my food (so I was pissed from the start)...but 963 Beach st. In fort worth has bad service.

Cashier was nice, food took more than 15 mins for dine-in and the burgers were all dry and stale.
They didn't open at the right time on Sunday.
I'll go to a different branch.

Definitely go back, cashier was super nice. Fast service and clean

Service and food were reasonably quick. Food was hot and fresh. But the frosty machine had a high pitched continual screeching. If this was new, I would put it down to they haven't had time to repair it. But it is not a new issue. It seems they are just not repairing it.

Well I went thru drive thru and they took for ever just to order but once i got my order the patties tasted like they have been sitting there for a while and didn't taste so fresh. Idk I would try again maybe I went at a bad time
