My ex took me w/him to pay his insurance there & I was going to wait in de car but 1st of all I felt like he had been in there for a long time for just a payment as he had previously been a long time customer before I came into de picture & I needed to use de bathroom & they allowed which I went around de corner to find him w/a female agent who SeemeD to be laying on just a touch of flirt; as a male he SeemeD oblivious idk he was a jerk anyways but as a female I picked uP on de hormone level but as a rationalist I payed no mind. Later I was going through his insurance papers & they had given him a receipt for another person assumably a Spanish lady & had over charged him accordingly. I pointed out to him to have it fixed & he later said he had de name fixed to his but had not received a refund of de difference. Things did not work out w/he & I for other reasons but I sensed a hint of affair-like behavior from de lady agent besides insurance fraud.
If you feel like me now like, "oh 💩 what do I do now?" I have been to 6 different insurance agencies in Fort Smith & de best 1 I've found is F&M on Towson avenue. Hopefully they haven't changed too bad. This town is going down de drain. It's awful here.

Extremely upsetting customer service!!! My husband started using Dominguez Insurance when he was living in Fort Smith, he later moved 2 1/2 hours away and continued to use this insurance company driving the distance to make his payments. On June 6th my husband and I went to the office on Rogers Ave to make his payment, add me to the policy, and remove another individual from the policy. They accepted the payment, but did not make either of the other changes. While unknowingly speaking to the owner, I asked to speak to a manager. The owner informed me that he was the owner. I told him that the other individual needed to be removed from the policy and he said that it could not be done. I informed him that I have a different auto insurance and if I were to call them to have an individual removed from the policy, they would be able to do so and if he couldn't make the changes we would need a refund to go to a different insurance company. He refused to give a refund. He then stated that my husband had been their client almost since they opened and that he was a good customer and that he would see what he could do (no kidding why couldn't he just "try" from the beginning instead of refusing to make changes that are indeed possible). So he makes a call, but no one answers. He informed me that the lady who had submitted the payment would call the insurance # the next day, because Mondays are so busy, and she would give me a call back when the changes were made. I did not recieve a call the next day. I called them on Wednesday and was informed that they had still not been able to reach the insurance company, but they were trying and I would recieve a call when the changes were made. When the insurance papers came in the mail, I had not been added to the policy nor had the other individual been removed from the policy. Over a month after the date these changes were requested to be made, on July 8th, I called Dominguez Insurance, again. I spoke with a lady who informed me that I am on the policy in the computer system and when I told her that the other individual had still not been removed she answered me in a manner that seemed it would be no problem to make the changes. She took down my number and said she would call me back. Today, at least 2 business days later, nothing. This company is nothing more than a payment center. They do not imply and customer service skills whatsoever. My husband will be changing insurance companies.
