I ate here last night and although i was satisfied with the food and service, my experience was completely ruined by the roach that crawled onto my table during our meal. I will not return.

It is good consistent food. The food is almost always good, but sometimes the bartender is a little off on his drinks.

Had the Grilled Salmon with bourbon glaze and steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes. All of the food was tasty and good quality. The steamed broccoli was not limp or mushy at all. All of the flavors were on point.

First I want to say, I love CHEDDARS. It's actually my favorite restaurant in Fort Smith since they are many choices of food items to choose from and drinks. Our waitress was Brittney. She was amazing. We didn't know that the steak came with onions and when I mentioned his allergy to them, you could tell her heart sunk, but in a good way. She was caring and attentive and immediately picked the plate up and went to the kitchen. The kitchen manager came out to personally deliver the new steak and apologize. This was not the restaurants fault because we didn't know it came with onions or we would have expressed his allergy. My service was great, food was great, and they even held the door for us on our way out. GREAT STAFF, they all deserve a raise.

Lately they have had problems being slow; out entire family has gone for years and obviously enjoy the food and drink choices!!! If being slow is the worst thing id say they're doing pretty great 😘
