We generally like the food but the last couple times we have gone there, they have been rude and quite argumentative. This was the last straw and we will never go back! We went to enjoy a nice dinner with our 11 year old son. He wanted the 131. Kids orange chicken.. ages 12 and under only. The lady asked me how old he was and I told her 11. She started laughing and shaking her head. I said, " do you want me to tell you his birthday?" She went on chuckling and acting as though I was lying to her and it made me uncomfortable and I was offended (yes I know, offended in a world of tons of offenses) anyways, as we were leaving and I was explaining why we were leaving, the rude overweight guy that's always there popped up to look at ur drinks to charge us.. luckily, it was water. Just unfortunate. Now I know why there wasn't a single customer at 6 in the evening!

Ordered delivery and about 10 minutes later got a really rude call about my card being declined I realized that I had put my card number in wrong and tried to convince him to change the card number and it would work and his answer was " You are too poor for me to deliver to your card declined I not make changes to card number."I had to go pick my "delivery" up in a cab😑 still rude to me when I went to pick it up and used the same debit card to pay. Food was good but awful delivery service! I'm pregnant and craving Chinese definitely going to spend my money elsewhere. They need to check their reviews

My husband is a truck driver we got stuck with a load at nestle/Gerber not sure when will be unloaded. I ordered the food online on a hope and prayer as we had nothing to eat or drink. Some guy called me from this place and was kinda snippy and rude but the food is great, the portions are really good size even sharable wish I had known ,but the delivery guy Christopher was the most amazing person we have met in this state. He found us no issues and really made an impression he went out of his way to help us when no one else did or would.

Actual quote from friend "I would fight and die for whoever made this sesame chicken." It's that good. Great prices, quick service, friendly delivery men. I will always order from them when that Chinese food craving hits.

The food is still hot, it's delicious and comes with everything you need delivered all over Fort Smith. They are understandable on the phone and you don't have to repeat yourself, the orders are always delivered exactly like you ordered. It's affordable and comes in large quantities, be prepared to share.
