I only gave one star because i cant give no stars. Dont waste your money here. I got frozen chicken... Frozen. And the managers excuse was "were short staffed"...... Then it took 30 mins to get a refund because the manager Curtis, which wasnt even his real name, kept ignoring me even though i was speaking directly to him. Rude, disrespectful, and incompetent.

Slow service ordered to go and after waiting for about 10 min we asked about our food and they had it sitting on shelf and then after getting home they shorted us a cole slaw. Most of the 18 pc chicken were legs and wings

2 1/2 couldn't figure out how to do the 1/2 part. Most of the time the 🐔 is old and dried out here so, I've started asking them to make it fresh. Waiting 15 or 20 minutes is well worth the wait. However, today it took way too long. I was told it would take abt 10 minutes. Abt an hour after I ordered, I went and asked lady, who took my order, how much longer it would be. She didn't answer me. So I sat down thinking she was getting it ready. Aft waiting another 10 minutes I approached the same lady and told her that she never did answer my question of how much longer it would take. She told me someone one was working on it. Anyway, the food was fresh and tasty😋 and the lobby was clean. I think they forgot abt me but didn't want to admit it. Since it's the closest kfc to my house and my job, I prob will go back. If I had another option, I wouldn't go back.

Food was great but if they would have told me they were out of all silverware I wouldn't have ordered coleslaw, mash potato's, and Mac and cheese. At no time should they have run out of sporks! Go to another KFC and get some! NOT ACCEPTABLE

Best KFC in Ft Smith. Great Staff that really cares if you like your food. Great for catering. Very busy, but they do try to keep it clean.
