I own a Security Company that does a lot of music festivals and regularly have the need to rent an RV/Trailer. I have rented from A Class several times over the past few years and have had nothing but great service and equipment. I even broke something on a trailer once and they did not overcharge me for the repairs very reasonable and my fault so I couldn't complain if I wanted too.

Stay away! Don't be fooled by their quoted price, as they could easily add on lots of items you think should be already covered.

We give this place "ZERO" stars (only marked 1 above because it is required to post this review. They totally rip you off! The staff was not forthcoming with some of the 'small print' in their contract and when we tried to cancel a reservation due to their lack of business 'etiquette', we couldn't. We were charged $500 for a rental that we NEVER even used. We did not even pick it up from them. Then after the fact, we tried to talk with the owner and would have even settled for 1/2 a refund, but the owner and the staff were not friendly in the least and would not budge an inch. This business is the worst. Save yourself the misery and rent elsewhere! Anywhere is better than these thieves! I am astonished that a business that works in this manner is even still in business.

This company will look for any way they can to charge you extra. Equipment broken and not in working condition. They charged us $730 for a couple scrapes to the outside panel from where table bumped up against it (no dents mind you) and the worst part is knowing they took your money and will not fix what they are charging you for. You can tell this the way the rest of the tailor looks with cosmetic imperfections that they will not use the Money they are charging you to fix what they say.
I would definitely not recommended this company you are better off going through a private owner.

These people are charlatans of the worst kind. They rented us an RV infested with bedbugs in every bed and fungus (i.e, mushrooms) growing out of the ceiling. They insisted the RV be returned in rentable condition, so we detailed it to the point where it was cleaner than when we picked it up; yet, after filing a complaint about the bedbug, fungus spores, and constant generator failures, they still had the audacity to charge me $580 for cleaning. Stay away if you value your health and money.
