I remember going here a lot as a child with my grandfather, but today was the first time going to the movies in a while, and overall it was one of the best movies experiences I've had. I bought two tickets for the movie IT on a Thursday night. There was a $1.50 surcharge, which I don't quite understand. The seats recline backwards & are comfortable, the surround sound was amazing, the screen was your average movie theatre size, and there was almost nobody in the theatre except two other people. Picture nobody kicking on the back of your seat anymore with stinky feet up in the air by your head, no noisy kids, and a couch like experience, but with all the bells and whistles. They even offer Tuesday value specials with $6.75 movie ticket sales for older movies. I will definitely be back again Regal Cinemas Manchester 16!

UPDATE: Just found out the $1.50 surcharge is for gift cards only.

This is my favorite theater in Fresno. They have the best seats with good back support. The employees are consistently helpful and they go out of their way to explain things to guests. They've really earned their place as the new best theater in Fresno!

I am very disappointed with them today. I wanted to go see a movie today but they wouldn't sell me tickets for my friend and I to sit together. What is wrong this picture. Now why would I go to see a movie with a friend and not be abled to sit together. I don't get out much and when I do , someone who puts authority in head puts a damper on it. I think what he did was wrong.You supposed to help make your customers happy and this guy ruined my day. He couldn't helped us but no he turned us away. That was not good business. I may think again before I go there to see a movie. 😠

We saw a late-ish (20:30) movie, so maybe it's a better time at night. Pre-purchased my tickets before arriving, so we scanned them and walked right in. There was hardly any line at concession, no problem finding our seats, the isles were nice and wide, and the seats recline. You're not sitting so close to other movie-goers so it was all comfortable. Sound was at an appropriate level, and I was able to see clearly even though I was sitting closer to the front than I normally do. Only thing was the temperature was a little on the chilly side, so I'd bring a throw blanket or something next time.
