Don't plan on using any groupon discounts in the automotive department. They will sell you parts you don't need and tell you they don't work when another shop tells you they are fine. Went for a simple alignment and they got me for 900 dollars. Went back because the alignment still wasn't right. They tried to sell me more parts. Forget about it.

They have removed the register in women's dept. So now if your disabled you have to walk much farther and wait in 1 line even longer. This caused me a great deal of pain and will not be back. They also continue to discriminate in their clothes, a whole wall of real levis for men but not 1 pair in any size for women. They wonder why they are closing stores. Make it shopper friendly and sell what we want!

The service technician was very good I was well satisfied with what he did. My complaint was the service call area that I made the appointment with, she did not give me any of the proper information for my repair order. I had a coupon and asked if I could use that and she said yes give it to the technician, the coupon was not good for service but only for repair. I also asked if they sharpen the blades and she says yes, the technician said no they do not sharpen blades anymore.

Repair-person arrived within the promised window. Analyzed the refrigerator problem. Then instructed us on how to set the controls for proper use. The advice was not free, it added cost to the initial visit. The refrigerator is keeping cool temperatures now.
