Horrible I do not go to this urgent care anymore the white lady who is a physician assistant but acts like the main doctor refuses to treat after you been there a couple of times tells you your going to die & go see your primary doctor. This clinic is a joke no one there are nice just a bunch of clueless interns. Our insurance pay for our visits but they act like it is coming out of their pocket to treat you. If you have a quick cold go there they will treat you but if you decide to go More than twice they treat you like a drug addict just looking for prescriptions. Very unprofessional staff who could care less about you being sick. I will travel to any other premiere urgent care which have way better staff than this place. All the other positive reviews are mainly for the allergy center they have or may have only been treated by urgent care once. I am not the only one who has been treated like this. Friends and family have had the same experience. They need to get better staff fire everyone and start fresh to save there reputation.

The office is fine but inside the building kind of smells like jet fuel.

Besides not being able to see patients at a certain time due to certain insurances, they have always been helpful amd informative - even honest if they suggest treatment you might not agree with. Clean and roomy for the most part and appt. can be made now which is helpful. Decent clinic for sure for the southeast side of Fresno.

this place made me worst the 1st time i went it was good then when i had to return it went all bad from there the doctor placed me and more meds on top of more and then i got worst and had to go back again and got diagnosed wrong. this place is a little better on there allergy part

Very positive. Everyone was so kind. I felt completely comfortable calling my doctor a few times and asking questions.
