Nice hotel, nice room, free underground parking and clean. Conference staff, hotel management, front desk staff a little "slow" and don't communicate well, forget stuff etc. But all are very nice. Also Radisson IConcierge app staff told me to use for room service doesn't work.

Budget friendly. Good location downtown. Staff was even nice. Only giving it 2 stars because the room wasn't very clean. There was dust and my 2 year or 2 separate occasions handed me prescription pills. When I looked them up one was a narcotic and the other was an antidepressant. Thank God I was right there both times. Also thankful she asks what everything is. I couldn't have been a lot worse. I Won t be staying there again.

This is an older and not highly maintained property in the old downtown Fresno area, which has also seen better days. Some signs of urban renewal but very little to offer an overnight guest. There are a few nicer restaurants within walking distance, which is some compensation, but overall there are better options.

Downtown Fresno Hotel This is a decent downtown hotel. In a central location with a decent restaurant. The rooms are spacious with decent furniture. The bedding is also comfortable and the hotel is overall a good place to stay. Having to swipe your key everytime you go up the elevator is a bit much. It doesn't make a guest any more secure, if someone wants to get into a hotel they are going to and having an annoying card operated elevator is just a bit much! Over All a good basic stay!

I really liked the hotel it's located in the center of the town and has a casino attached. E had a couple of request for our room (adjoining etc.) and these were all met at check in so a plus for the very helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and clean and are up to standard. The elevator requires a room key so there's only guests and staff on the room floors which makes it quiet. Upon check out I forgot my sunglasses and needed to go back to the room ( was already 10 minutes away). This was no problem at all and I could pick up my glasses from the room.
