It's a nice place to sit outside and have lunch, meet new people. All though we do have a lot of homeless people sleeping out there, which is really sad. They don't bother anyone.

Love it WHEN I'm there for business not pertaining to ME.... but DESPISE the Waiting all morning b4 the case ur concerned about is called & then Continued 2 later date....
I guess that is actually a good thing 4 the meantime.....

Small but nice park surrounding the court house and Country hall of records. Interesting monuments, lots of squirrels, a few benches, no tables. Occasional transients, but safe during the day. One of the only large green spaces downtown. Plenty of parking in area on weekends, but weekdays are difficult. Bus stops at park.

Very pretty place to hang out in if you are at jury duty. It is downtown Fresno so I would not come here for a family picnic. There are some homeless people who like to roam around.

Friendly people, benches to sit on, lots of love shade. There are some homeless who don't bother you and are nice. It's just a relaxing place to go to read, do homework. Have lunch. Safe place.
