Sooo... there are so many bad reviews here. I was gifted a massage. I was really pushed to do the monthly membership and since at the time my disabled daughter was riding the bus home I had time after work to do this. So sadly I signed up. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. I have been charged 4 times so far and have used only 1 massage which I gifted to my husband. Not only was the "hour" long massage only 50min long, it was a horrible experience for my husband and he refuses to go back.
Also, my disabled daughter's bus schedule changed so now I have to pick her up after school and would have to now drive 45+ minutes just to get to a massage envy location. THEY WILL NOT CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP. I didn't ask for a refund for the 3months that were already charged just to cancel the rest since I can't get there. Instead they intend to take $720 from me for 1 massage. I'm the wife of a disabled veteran and mother of a disabled child. I don't have extra money to waste. I am very disappointed in these people. I HIGHLY recommend against this place.
Please please please go somewhere else. Listen to ALL the people leaving reviews here. There is only 1 positive review and that "person" did not leave any comments so I doubt it's a real person.

Very bad experience even though I saw the reviews, thought Id give it a shot. But not worth it, the staff tries so hard in selling the membership that you can't get out of. Just came for a massage not a commitment, thank you but no thank you.

Do not sign up for membership! They will lock you in for a year and no matter what your situation is there is no way they are willing to work with you to make you happy.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MEMBERSHIP!. Lisa from the office has made it such a hassle trying to get my membership cancelled after relocating to a different city. They treat it like a mortgage agreement when its just a massage. Are you serious? Even when I still referred people to go & try it, this is how they repay but saying "Well you are still within several Massage Envy Locations in your new location." The audacity to not want to cancel and just move on with someone new. Still to this day my membership is not cancelled.

Very disappointed with their customer service. My friend and I made appointments one week in advanced. Only for the Spa to call my friend and tell her there was no one available to do my facial...they called my friend, not me, and they called her just two hours before my scheduled appointment. When we first made these appointments we were made perfectly clear that they required a 24 hour cancellation notice or the credit card you have them to hold the spot would be charged. I sure didn't get the same courtesy back, so there was no facial and I still had to pay the babysitter for her time (because it was past her 24 hour cancellation policy.) nothing was done to rectify the situation...I was never called and offered a solution or apology. For a business that depends on customer satisfaction (since it's a luxury not a necessity), this situation was handled poorly.
