They have lost me as an customer! I took my Maltese for her Top Dog bath and then they completely shave her! Stating her hair was matted and it was definitely no where near matted!! They we too lazy to simply brush her coat!! I've should have known better not to take her back after they last few times of taking her for a bath and they did not trim her nails when I'm paying for that extra service fee!! My dog is in complete shock! NEVER AGAIN!!

My very small, very young puppy had some sort of neck injury, so we took him to their so called vet or pet hospital. The receptionist was an insufferable, ignorant, rude and incredibly unknowledgeable person. Without asking a single question, without even looking at my puppy, and without even getting up from her seat she diagnosed my puppy with parvo which is absolutely NOT what he had. I would definitely NOT recommend taking your pets there because the receptionist won't even do her job well enough to get your pet seen by someone that actually knows what they are talking about. She said "well, the vets are busy with other pets BUT if you pay a substantial amount, I'll have one see your puppy.." seriously? As someone that's supposed to LOVE animals, you would think she would at least care about the animal but nope.. all about the money.

I always come here and the staff is always friendly and sweet to my puppy child. Today 8/4/17, I met your associate Katie and what a pleasure it was. She helped me to find a kennel for my puppy and she took a lot of time and was also kind to my pup. She was very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. I hope you guys realize the gem you have at your store. I look forward to returning.

Its a great store for fish. They honor returns up to 14 days. Tyler is very funny and helpful. The girl in fish department is very good and knows what she's doing. Thank You
