The doctors are great. One of the staff members, however, needs to be fired for loosing paperwork, being rude, lying about the conversation, accusing me of cussing at her, deleting messages to make appts/needing to talk to the Dr, etc... I will likley be perusing a civil suit for slander against the person. Its a shame. Plus, to top it all off; I had called for an appt because I haven't been feeling right a about a week before I was told to seek a new Dr. Now today, when someone finally calls me back my blood test results show that my thyroid is messed up and they won't help me.

The staff at Juniper is worst I've ever seen. And if you complain about their service, they will drop you and make up a reason why. They said my wife cussed at them, which is completely false. They were forever losing paperwork or not sending it. Stay away from this DR office and find one that actually cares about their clients.

AMENDED * No longer feel this way after being dropped by the DR in January. It's June. Still have not sent records to the new Dr. After repeated requests. So from a 5 star it went to a 1.
Over a year ago review= Best DR. in the valley. The office is great, wonderful people from the receptionist to the Dr.s they are all great.

Love Juniper Family Medicine. We see Dr. Campbell and absolutely love being her patients. We love all the Doctors, PAs and staff here. Never have trouble getting a same day appointment, often times with Dr. Campbell. We are always well taken care of, listened too and never feel like a appointment is rushed

I had been seeing one of the Dr.s here for over 12 years, all of my children have been seen by her since birth. We had been going to this practice since it opened and now several years after going there and the birth of my baby a year ago I am being hounded for payment when I have had the same insurance since becoming a patient. My son was born in January of 2016 and I received a bill a few weeks after and called the office with his insurance info until I received the card in the mail. In October I received a call, no bill, a call from a collection agency for the same care from when my son was born! I talked to Michelle, who was very rude as I explained that the 3rd party person they hired to do the billing said that they would write the balance off if the insurance didn't pay because it had been so long. Michelle said "So you think the doctors should just eat it?" I said no, but that is what the lady they hired said. I called the insurance company and they confirmed my son was covered, and I found out that the billing company was billing under the wrong name. Michelle called me back, apologized and said it was taken care of. I even took my son's card in just to be sure they had it on file after I was told it wasn't necessary. Here we are in March 2017 and guess who is calling again! The collection agency! I called Michelle back again and once again she was rude and even went as far as to say this is my fault! She said it was my fault that they don't have my insurance on file and haven't for 5 years though I have been in there several times in the past 5 years for my children and for myself! I don't know what it is that is causing her to blame me for the billing issues even after telling me back in October they were no longer using the 3rd party company that was doing their billing because there have been so many problems! Never once was I told that we had an outstanding balance even when I took my children to be seen and 6 months and then a year after they want to say something! I used to love our doctor here until this.
