They seem very knowledgeable but they are understaffed and you cannot get them to answer the phones right away. If they do then you are put on hold forever. Ring Ring Ring Ring... no answer. and... as the above review said.. They will also make you wait for ever in the waiting rooms.

Doctor was rude and unprofessional!! The absolute worst !! Nurse was even arrogant! Told him what I will not take meds cause my mom dieing from the meds and said oh just cause ur mom died from it doesn't mean you are.i have had sinus issues for awhile now .. and yeah I lost insurance over two months ago and can't afford a $300 upfront payment to see a specialist. He bluntly asked what my Soo emergency is and y IAM here . Well duh I can't breath through my nose and body hurts . Headache constantly for over a week. He couldn't even bother to look in my nose to see if there was any infection. Instead kept bluntly stating I need to see a specialist. Like how rude u think if I could afford a specialist I would be here begging for your help. He is definitely the worst doctor I have ever seen. Had no compassion. I will never be back to community hospital .. they need to hire some compassionate staff. I will say the front desk girl was very nice!

Care was precluded because of a cdiff infection, I presume. Because as it stands, I was in for a very severe chest cold. Once I mentioned cdiff they treated me like I was a bag lady. No Dr. (Female), and one of the nurses would not touch me to examine me. My ears were infected, my throat, sinuses, and chest all had infections, but not pneumonia (the thing I was trying to get in front, I have a gene that predisposes me to auto immune diseases, and I have plenty). One nurse touched me to put an I've line in. Despite my complaint that ears, throat, and sinuses were issues beyond the fact I was coughing til I threw up, no one, no doctor, no nurse examined any of my complaints beyond the chest. They took x-rays, and the Dr came behind my bed to listen to my chest, never listened to my heart. Never addressed my other complaints. It was a humiliating experience for me. I filed a complaint because in their notes they said I was given a complete ENT examination, and I had not been examined in my ears, nose, or throat. Of course 2 months elapse, they perform an internal review, and send me a letter stating I had received sufficient care???? And I could complain to a higher authority, but they were dismissing my complaint. I'd had cdiff for 6 months. I didn't have the energy to pursue anything. They were nice enough, I was the only patient in the ER OR ED when I arrived, so they weren't slammed. The x-ray tech, young woman was very concerned, and was the only one who treated me with respect and dignity. Thus they get a 2. Very disappointing because my expectations for care were denied.

Saturday evening I had the unfortunate experience of going to ER at Community Hospital. I knew the condition as it had been previously diagnosed. I was told extremely rudely that that was not the problem, and it was something else. The doctor, Dr. Brooks wouldn't even listen to me or my family. He wanted to give me a medicine for headaches and that was not the problem. He was arrogant and unprofessional. He is not God! I will NEVER go back to Community. This was my first visit and it will be my last visit. Thank you, St. Mary's for being compassionate and caring and truly listening to me.

Went to the ER, had fast care, nurse was very nice. But doctor came in biased and with an attitude. Spent all of 5 seconds talking to me, was not very compassionate. Definently if your looking for someone to actually care what your going through, go to St. Mary’s. They are the best hospital in town.
