I have been using Dr Walsh and Dr Prosser since moving to Palisade in the late 90 s. I have always been treated well by all. This past test I will give a thumbs up to Kim and Becky the nurse's who took care of me.

Good doctors with very Poor bedside manners. Slapped a patient to awaken them so they could finish and go home. Had this happen more than once. Patient didn't remember talking to the doctor Wanted to talk directly to the Dr. Didn't happen. Great staff, though.

Waiting weeks for a call to make appointment and then months to get to appointment..
Now at my appointment and been waitin 20 minutes and then was told oh doctor is running behind..
When you have kids and a life it's pretty frustrating having an appointment and waiting 45 minutes to just go back then you still have to go through the appointment..
then I mailed in paper work to just have to fill it out again.. horrible horrible going to doctors is becoming a joke these days..
but tell you wait if we run late we get charged 50 bucks or don't give 24 hour notice we get a charge they should be charged for running late..
But the doctor was great and helpful and nice..

I've been trying to call these people for MONTHS regarding a bill before i pay it and no one ever calls me back. The service may be ok but the billing -A/R department is horrible.
