My mother is very diligent at paying her bills and she is disabled too, she has done business with Farmers insurance agency 30 years. She went to buy a new car because she has been without a car for nearly a year and when she sold her car she canceled her insurance with Farmers and even paid another months bill for a car she didn't even have. When she went to put her new car on insurance she Chose to use Farmers insurance once again. She called them and the woman on the phone was very rude to her and charged her way over $600.00. The salesman for the car even agreed that this woman was nasty. He asked her if there was some way she could give my mother a discount, she gave her a very minimal on in the $600.00 range. I would not go to Farmers now for insurance I will stick to my Progressive.... They have lost a fantastic faithful customer because some nasty rude employee at this insurance company.
