They are open for business, not sure why Google says they are not. We have been taking our dogs there since 2012. Before that we had been to 3 other pet clinics. We went to Redstone on recommendation from my sister and finally found our match! We like this one, the location is perfect for us, the staff is friendly and informative. The scheduling is a bit of an annoyance, I would like to be able to walk in when necessary, but they are busy, so I get it, and we usually do get in the day we call.

We went in for a routine check up, given our dog was showing some swelling due to an allergic reaction to something. Upon arrival, they took our dog to the back room without us, and without asking, treated her for numerous unrelated issues. (We were in contact with many other vets over the phone that knew her, and her issues that she had with allergies in the past) After waiting for an hour and a half without anyone talking to us about our dog or what was going on, they finally came out to show us a 400 dollar bill, for a "40" dollar check up. We had to seek legal council to reverse the charges given, we were not consulted in the slightest about what medications they were giving our dog. (Again we were in contact with numerous vets, so talking with us would have cleared up a lot of what was going on.) Some of these medications had already been given to her, and they doubled her dosage because they didn't ask us if she had been given anything. Thankfully our dog was unharmed, but we would never trust this vet office to see any of our animals or friends animals in the future. Seek a second opinion before going here!

The service and staff here are great, but I was a little disappointed with how long it took to resolve my dog's eye issue. They always follow up with questions regarding the last visit to ensure things went well which I appreciate. They have a monthly plan for service, but it's pretty much a ripoff when you'd have to go every month to get your money's worth.

We live in Michigan but when we visit my dad here in Colorado we can always count on getting in to the vet on a moments notice if we have a need for our dogs. We appreciate the prompt professional treatment we get from Mark and the crew at Redstone. Thanks a million.

I really did try to like this place, and I gave them more than enough chances, however I will not be coming back here. They are extremely overpriced and will try to squeeze as much money out of you as possible, even if what they are offering truly isn't necessary, they will lead you to believe it is. They make it difficult to order medications online for cheaper prices, and continue to remind you that those websites "aren't very reliable", however I have never had issues with the one I use. If you get medications through them they will charge you an arm and a leg for it when you can easily get it cheaper elsewhere. They are in a great location and that was the only reason I wanted to like them, being only 5 minutes from my house, however I just have not had good luck with them. The staff seems nice enough, but I was not happy with my services. I rescued a senior cat, and the process of getting her back to full health was agonizing, not to mention they cut her badly when trying to shave off a tight mat and then gave up because of the amount of stress they had already caused her by keeping her there almost all day. They busted the vein in her neck that they took blood from, and in the end were unable to remove all of her mats. I ended up taking her home and doing it myself without even scratching her, so I am upset that "professionals" could not do the same. I was a dog groomer for 2 years and I could do a better job. My cat now has a permanent lump of skin on her back where they had to glue her back together from cutting her.(They did not offer to do anything about it) She is doing fantastic now, but I could have gotten the same treatment (probably better, and definitely cheaper) from my previous vet. I cannot recommend this vet, and I will not be going back.
