Worst experience ever the social services stepped in and wrongfully took my baby after being born August 8 This hospital is bad too long of a wait and they need to get in trouble for something that I didn't do but I'll never forget The nurses hurt me and took over my job of being a new mother

Went to the ER for cracked ribs and NP Patrick Smith was wonderful.. caring gentle and soft spoken. I felt truly cared for..

Recently had to take my family member there. We were taken immediately back and the doctor was in the room rather quickly too. The doctor ordered all kinds of tests and was able to diagnose and treat the illness without much of a wait. Our nurse and other staff made us feel welcome and ensured we where comfortable. What a joke!! Takes way to long to find out what's going on, when you ask they can't even give you a time. I've been to bigger cities faster than this. I'd recommend going to a animal veterinary clinic. You'll bee seen faster and taken care of immediately. Good luck with this emergency room.

Where is the customer service? The only thing here good is the medicine. At least 2 hours wait time to get in the first door almost every time. People are noisy when you try to rest and get better ( even though they have a sign that says shhhhhhh healing in progress) doctor will check on you once every hour. This is my fourth time here and it's the quickest we've ever been in and out. Still took 3 and a half hours. At least most of the people are nice I guess
