Do yourself a favor & don't go here. It's the absolute worse medical facility experience my wife & I ever had & will have. The reception & billing staff are cold & treated us like dogs. I worked with at least 5 different people in billing (which I could name) & they all treated us like scum when it comes to negotiating. Go elsewhere you'll be glad you did.

I don't think I can truly express how thankful I am for the staff here. They were so professional and compassionate to me during a horrible time in my life. I wish I could have remembered the names of everybody who worked with me. They made a horrible experience a bit more bearable. Thank you!

I love the Great Falls Clinic! I feel you get treated like a human being when receiving care. My doctor is Libby Lake and she is so caring, she even takes the time to call you personally if you need to speak her or have a question

For the most part I have appreciated the care I get at the Great Falls clinic over the years, but there is one doctor that if I find they are seeing walk-ins I will go to the ER rather than see them. So if I need to walk in, I call first. Today I called to make sure when I could come in and be assured I would not see her, and got an automated system that doesn't give you an option of speaking to a person. I did finally choose the "appointment scheduling" option and when I said I just needed to know who was seeing walk ins this morning the lady on the phone got snippy with me. I'm sick, and call my Dr, and instead of personal care, I get a computer. I hate it.
